Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Cégep Heritage College. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement communications strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and website content
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community partners
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced marketing environment and will be required to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate will also be required to travel occasionally to attend marketing events and meetings.

Language:

The primary language of work is English, but proficiency in French is an asset.
