Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
- Assist users encountering challenges with their computer systems
- Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions
- Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific needs
- Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for reference by other support personnel
- Engage in the enhancement of applications and software systems
- Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet services in response to user inquiries
- Prepare equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software
- Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers
Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
