Key Responsibilities
  1. Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  2. Authorize and coordinate the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  3. Set strategic goals for the organization and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  4. Act as the organization's representative, or appoint delegates for negotiations and official engagements.
  5. Choose middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  6. Conduct evaluations of performance.
  7. Establish financial and administrative protocols; develop and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
