Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is a key member of the Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween team, responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, signing, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in loss prevention initiatives and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 17 years old.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours.
