Job Description

The Content & Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of Appcast Inc, a global leader in programmatic recruitment advertising. This individual will contribute to the development of content across the full buyers' journey, from thought leadership to bottom-of-funnel sales collateral pieces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that drives engagement and leads across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build deep product knowledge and leverage in marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of a full-funnel content strategy that drives engagement and leads across all channels.
  • Manage content asset lifecycle, including repositories of materials and sunset when required.
  • Assess the effectiveness of product marketing programs, tools, and technology that support Appcast's GTM efforts.
  • Understand customer problems and needs, and assist in developing and evolving buyer personas.
Qualifications
  • Experience creating compelling content for sales teams and developing content for various channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop and contribute to Go To Market plans for new/enhanced products.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to continuously understand what resonates best with the audience and the best content type/channel for communicating it.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft presentations and collateral in various mediums.
