Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures and ensure that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
- Knowledge: Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
- Skills: Ability to manage a team of employees, fluency in spoken and written French, and fluency in spoken English (asset).
- Personal Qualities: Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
