Job Title: Sustainability Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices across our operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices across our operations, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and supply chain management.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and customers, to promote sustainability and reduce environmental footprint.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, including greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to employees on sustainability practices and procedures.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in sustainability and environmental management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management software.
