Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of daily operations.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and inventory, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our students and their families.
- Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring effective promotion of our dance academy and services.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a physically demanding work environment.
- Health Benefits: Comprehensive dental and healthcare plans.
- Work Environment: Permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week.
