Join our team as a Baker where you will play a vital role in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a baking environment.
Our establishment offers staff accommodation and a supportive work setting that fosters growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
- Instruct and mentor staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling practices.
- Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to enhance their visual appeal.
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain high standards of quality control to meet established product specifications.
- Operate and maintain baking machinery and equipment efficiently.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
