Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join our team at Sierra Space. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our business operations, with a focus on financial review, affordability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial planning and tracking, providing oversight into program budget preparation and cost controls.
- Manage business resource planning and tracking, coordinating with other corporate entities.
- Provide key analytics and guidance on opportunities to improve business performance.
- Serve as the core liaison between multiple teams and business operations to support and fulfill financial responsibilities.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $138,000 - $190,623.01.
- A generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 8%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- Demonstrated experience of Profit and Loss statements.
- Proven leadership abilities, including successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews.
- Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program, or operations management.
- Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
- A strong background in DoD, government contracting, and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures.
