We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ERIE VETERINARY HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, including maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
