Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at The Corner House Pub and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
