Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Shiv Foods Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Load and unload dishes, utensils, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Prepare and package take-out food, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately, following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
