Bakery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our high-quality baked goods are produced to meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Supervise and train bakery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our quality standards.
- Ensure that all bakery products meet our established quality standards.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
