Bakery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and ensuring that our bakery operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Train staff on new recipes, equipment, and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
