Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Account Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Manage and build customer relationships while meeting sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No experience is required; we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
