Job Title: Transportation Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Manager to join our team at Legend Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods from our warehouses to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation Planning: Develop and implement transportation plans to meet customer demands and optimize logistics operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal stockouts.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and mitigate risks associated with transportation and logistics operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in logistics software and systems.
