Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2484444 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-organized and that stock levels are optimal.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week
