About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Experience Ambassador to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and enjoyable time at our attraction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Engaging Guests: Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, providing them with accurate information and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Ensure that guests receive accurate and up-to-date information about our attraction, including its features, benefits, and any relevant policies or procedures.
  • Managing Cash Transactions: Handle cash transactions, ticket sales, and other retail duties as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Directing Guests: Organize large groups of guests into correct queues, calculating and communicating accurate wait time information to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assisting with Emergency Procedures: Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency and follow emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible to complete various tasks in different roles.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Knowledge of the Attraction: Have extensive knowledge about our attraction, including its features, benefits, and any relevant policies or procedures.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
