Position Overview
The University of Regina is seeking a tenure-track faculty member in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science to teach and conduct research in Software Systems Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and applied engineering research, with a preference for individuals with industrial experience in one or more areas of specialization or in a core software systems area.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Software Systems Engineering
- Conduct research and development in one or more areas of specialization
- Work collaboratively with faculty members and industry partners to advance the field of Software Systems Engineering
Requirements
- Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of the Software Systems Engineering program
- Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan
