Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to project managers and teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Project Coordination
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

- Computer and Technology Knowledge
- Proficient in electronic schedulers, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in project administration or a related field.
