Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Harry Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes, and examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines, and fit, braze and torch-straighten metal.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience in welding and metal fabrication is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
