About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Supervise and Train Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our customers receive a consistent and exceptional experience.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food outlet or concession

Work Setting

Fast food outlet or concession

Supervision

5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers

Work Language

English

Hours

32 to 40 hours per week
