About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our insurance company's operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our organization and ensuring that our business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
