Position OverviewThe Senior Vice President of Commercial & Industrial Sales for Canada will spearhead the Canadian sales division and agency network, driving optimal sales performance for our extensive range of products and services. This pivotal role encompasses the formulation and execution of sales initiatives, the establishment of target customer strategies, and the cultivation of vital customer partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities- Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies
- Identify market opportunities and define target customer approaches
- Foster and maintain essential customer relationships
- Motivate and energize sales teams
- Oversee the complete sales cycle
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture the sales workforce
- Execute promotional and marketing strategies
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles
- Background in the lighting or electrical sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Familiarity with CRM software
- High energy levels and strong commitment
- Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in building relationships with channel partners
- Travel requirements may range from 30% to 60%
