Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for customers, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering a positive customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a financial services role, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Mutual Funds licence and CIFP Diploma.
