Job Title: Hotel Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Westport Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage hotel budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue streams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
