Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Facilities Operations Supervisor is essential in upholding our core values and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of retail operational practices, including adherence to store standards, effective cash management, and optimal merchandise presentation.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and positively at the store level.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions and merchandising responsibilities, which encompass receiving shipments, restocking inventory, applying price reductions, and maintaining fitting room organization.
  • Ensure the store maintains an attractive visual presentation that aligns with company standards through effective product display, replenishment, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Comply with all Loss Prevention policies in accordance with established guidelines.
