Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Nectar Yoga Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and training a team of cleaning staff to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

You will be responsible for inspecting our sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.

Recommend Additional Services

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recommending additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Assist Cleaners and Coordinate with Other Departments

You will assist our cleaning team in performing their duties and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.

Establish Work Schedules

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules for the cleaning team to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Secondary School Graduation Certificate

The successful candidate must have a secondary school graduation certificate.

1-2 Years of Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Efficient Interpersonal Skills

The successful candidate must have efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the cleaning team and other departments.

Initiative

Initiative is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain our facilities to the highest standards.
