Harvesting Labourer

The Apple Bin is seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our harvesting team, you will be responsible for collecting and preparing fruits and vegetables for market.
Responsibilities- Apply the technique of hoeing between rows to ensure optimal crop growth.
- Clean the crops to maintain high standards of quality.
- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
- Hand harvest vegetables and pick row and orchard crops.
- Clean the work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
As a Harvesting Labourer, you will work in a wet/damp environment with potential odours and hot temperatures. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Will train on the job.
- Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to handle heavy loads.
- Hand-eye co-ordination.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 60 hours per week.
