Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at The Apple Bin. As a Harvesting Labourer, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, including apples, cherries, and tomatoes, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvest crops, including apples, cherries, and tomatoes, using manual techniques and equipment.
  • Clean and prepare the work area to ensure a safe and efficient harvesting process.
  • Grade and sort harvested crops according to size, shape, color, and volume to meet market standards.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, such as hoeing and cleaning, to maintain crop quality.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Ability to work in a wet/damp environment and tolerate odors.
  • Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina are essential for this role.
