Job Summary

The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of G+D Canada's information systems and data. This position requires a strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company requirements.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of G+D Canada's information systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to G+D Canada's security posture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in information security, with a focus on vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP, CISA, or CRISC certification.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools, such as Qualys Cloud Platform.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong English communication skills, with French an asset.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with occasional overtime required. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Physical Requirements

This position requires a significant amount of walking throughout facilities, with occasional travel required.
