Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all inventory is properly managed and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
