Your Role: Senior Deal Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our dynamic commercial operations team. Your primary focus will be structuring profitable and compliant transactions that meet the needs of diverse internal customers, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams.

Your Impact:

  • Provide senior leadership with comprehensive financial models, evaluating deal economics, commercial terms, and operational requirements to present a clear risk/reward profile for opportunities.
  • Serve as an expert on SFDC quoting tools, ensuring revenue recognition compliance for all quotes.
  • Review and approve non-standard pricing requests submitted to the Director of Deal Desk level, conducting financial analysis for gross margin, revenue compliance, and evaluating non-standard terms requests on strategic deals, including Enterprise Agreements.
  • Partner closely with the field sales organization to drive large deal closures. Act as a one-touch resource for field sales, liaising with all departments involved in the agreement process (finance, legal, order management) on behalf of sales. Provide trusted advice to field sales teams on deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop effective deal solutions.
  • Work with impacted parties to generate acceptable documents that facilitate deal closure.
  • Ensure all required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and meticulously documented.
  • Act as a sales advocate and partner with internal organizations to understand contract requirements, structure, business terms, and identify potential risks or opportunities that can affect performance, growth, and strategic positioning.
  • Maintain strict adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in deal desk operations, contract negotiation, and financial analysis is essential. A deep understanding of the cyber-security industry and associated sales regulatory issues is highly desirable.
