We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Wildcraft Grill & Long Bar. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

- Assess and calculate the quantity and costs of supplies and food items.
- Evaluate labor costs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Showcase new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
- Oversee the activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel.
- Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes for events.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food preparation.
- Prepare meals regularly or for special guests.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Lead and instruct team members.
Responsible for supervising more than 20 kitchen staff.
Certifications- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
