About the Role

MANNZ Canada Immigration is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax returns and sales tax returns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
