Customer Success Representative

This is an interview position for a Sales Account Manager at Federal Express Corporation Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling FedEx services to both new and existing customers, with a primary focus on existing customers who generate an average net revenue of $25-$75 per day.
Key Responsibilities- Sell FedEx services to new and existing customers through telephone sales
- Meet assigned territory revenue objectives as measured by FedEx
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on FedEx features, pricing structures, and billing systems to effectively communicate value to customers
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales
- Work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets
- College diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer contact and/or direct/telephone sales
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Internet and Intranet
- Thorough knowledge of FedEx features, pricing structures, and billing systems preferred
- Solid understanding of FedEx systems and applications preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to task and overcoming objections
- Demonstrated track record of achieving results
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Basic level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Internet and Intranet
- Thorough knowledge of FedEx features, pricing structures, and billing systems preferred
- Solid understanding of FedEx systems and applications preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable
- Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs
