Key Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Digital Transformation will be responsible for implementing the digital transformation plan and organizational vision.

Specifically, this includes:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders on strategic, legal, and budgetary decisions related to IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Developing and leading digital transformation initiatives within the organization, focusing on financial management and performance optimization.
  • Ensuring effective management of the information resources portfolio and project performance metrics.
  • Fostering a high-performing team, including coaching and leading a team of 15 direct reports.
  • Maintaining open communication with all stakeholders, including management, external partners, and the ministry.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Director in multiple roles.
  • Proven experience in digital modernization environments and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and data governance principles.
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture and its application in digital transformation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Bilingualism, with proficiency in French and functional English.
