Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly and on time.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
