Vice President of Consumer Protection

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, Consumer Protection. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts in protecting the interests of condominium owners and residents in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of our information and educational services, data management, and compliance functions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of our data and information services.
- Oversee the provision of compliance functions to ensure that condominium corporations meet their regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of outreach strategies to build knowledge and understanding of condominium act compliance requirements among condominium corporations and boards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including condominium corporations, boards, and industry partners.
- Post-secondary degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in the not-for-profit or public sector or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in consumer protection, compliance, and regulatory affairs is an asset.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and develop consensus on initiatives.
- Ability to champion and adapt to changes, re-set priorities, and manage multiple deliverables within strict timeframes.
