About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, Consumer Protection. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of our information and educational services, data management and analytics, and compliance functions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of our data and information services.
  • Oversee the provision of compliance functions to ensure that condominium corporations meet their regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of outreach strategies to build knowledge and understanding of condominium act compliance requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including condominium corporations, industry partners, and government agencies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in the not-for-profit or public sector or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in consumer protection, compliance, and data management is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
