Job Summary:

The Massage Parlour Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality massage therapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of massage therapists and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Operations Management: Plan and control budgets, manage inventory, and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the spa, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment:

The Massage Parlour Manager will work in a spa environment, with a team of massage therapists and support staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
