Job Title: Security Site Director

Join Paladin Security as a Security Site Director and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security department at a large, mixed-use facility in downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching skills to drive engagement and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Lead Hands to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to implement new technologies and improve service and efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Supervise all aspects of security operations, including monitoring, reporting, and responding to incidents.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents, and provide feedback to tenants and stakeholders.
  • Mediate internal conflicts and provide evaluations and recommendations.
  • Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level - C certification.
  • Covid-19 - Fully Vaccinated (Min 2 doses).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in Security or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
