Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team at RBC in Toronto, ON. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all individuals on site.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and security-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR certification (WSIB-approved).
  • 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations proof.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
