Job Description

As a Project Delivery Manager - Infrastructure Specialist at Desjardins, you will play a critical role in directing material, time, IT, and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Plan activities and deliverables, estimating project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners, and tie-ins with other projects.
    • Supervise and coordinate internal contributors and external providers involved in delivery, ensuring team performance and quality control, and identifying project-specific standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Infrastructure Component Management
    • Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreements, budgets, and timelines are respected, ensuring performance of project components and alignment with priorities.
    • Analyze risks and impacts for the infrastructure component and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work with the project leader to manage change requests, solution testing, and strategies for the infrastructure component.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
  • Language
    • Knowledge of French is required.
