- Verify sample identification and ensure specimen requirements are met
- Uphold quality control standards and address any discrepancies
- Accurately document and interpret test results
- Conduct routine maintenance on laboratory equipment

- Document incidents and non-conformities
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- CSMLS Registration as a practicing Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
- Experience in Molecular/PCR Testing is advantageous
