We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes at MNG International Inc. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity of our product offerings and supporting our reputation as a leader in the spice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Product Quality: Oversee the inspection, testing, and quality control of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain high product quality and consistency.
  • Supplier Management: Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure their adherence to quality standards. Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including FDA, USDA, and GMP. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive initiatives for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and regulatory compliance records. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., HACCP, SQF) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance management within the food industry, preferably in spice or ingredient handling.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards. Experience with FDA, USDA, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
