Landscaping Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Groundhog Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, beautiful, and functional.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Scheduling: Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including scheduling work and coordinating with team members.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
- Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs, including hours worked, materials used, and tasks completed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Work Environment: This role involves working outdoors in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
- Work Schedule: The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
The primary language of work is English, and the work environment is outdoors, with occasional indoor tasks.
