About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Avant-Garden Services. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for landscape construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of nursery and greenhouse workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Material Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project completion.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
