Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain price quotations and resolve delivery problems
- Conduct quality control checks on received goods
- Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
- Set up and maintain inventory control systems, including computerized and manual systems
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory control software
